Thank you for shopping with GGLOW! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
How to Initiate a Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@gglow.co.uk within 7 days of delivery for return approval. Once approved, return the item within 7 days to the specified address with a tracking number. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items showing signs of wear or damaged through regular use are not eligible for return.

Health and personal care items
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 3 days of receipt at info@gglow.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time to reflect.

Contact your bank for processing updates. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gglow.co.uk.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, contact info@gglow.co.uk for further instructions.
Gift Returns:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is approved.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Items valued over £75 should be returned with shipping insurance.
